We all can use support some days!
But we know that teens, in particular, are struggling now more than ever.
So NAMI Philadelphia is introducing "Brave Spaces" for high school students. We call these "brave spaces" because the hope is to not just feel safe and supported but to also feel empowered by their fellow teens to be brave and advocate for themselves and their mental health.
